Character Development uses print on demand technology which means that all products are unique and produced per order. At this time, we are unable to support refunds or returns for orders including incorrect sizes and/or colors and all sales are final.
Once an order has been sent to production, it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Character Development is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for carefully reviewing your order to ensure the right products, colors, and sizes have been chosen to be shipped to the correct address.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order due to either manufacturing error or printing issus. . In the event that a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. If issues arise with a replacement order, we can work with you to offer you a refund.
